Deborah, Tania and Virginia from ITeC Academy attended the two-day Aged Care Workforce Leaders Forum in Sydney on 11-12 September. The team went to network with other Aged Care Providers, listen to expert presentations and hold insightful discussions focused on building and sustaining a resilient and skilled workforce in the aged care sector. In partnership with Groworx, ITeC Academy provided information on the exciting FILO Program that enabled English speaking candidates from the Philippines to receive training from ITeC Academy in CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support. This innovative program has already seen 154 new staff members receive accredited training and jobs in the aged care sector at IRT.
