On Friday 17 October, ITeC Academy hosted our Situational Leadership® II (SLII®) workshop, a practical and engaging session designed to help leaders adapt their approach to better support their teams.
Participants explored Blanchard’s SLII® model through discussions, case studies, and hands-on activities, learning how to assess team development levels, match leadership styles, and build trust and motivation in the workplace.
