If you would like to enrol in a course at ITeC Academy, please go to the course page and follow the links to start the enrolment process. Alternatively, contact ITeC Academy on 02 4223 3100.
Once accepted into a course the complete enrolment forms below will need to be filled out and returned. This can be done digitally or in person at ITeC Academy 1-5 Miller Street, Coniston NSW 2500.

UNIQUE STUDENT IDENTIFICATION (USI)>>

From the 1st of January 2015 if you are undertaking nationally recognised training delivered by a registered training organisation you will be required to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI) prior to beginning your course.
If you do not already have a USI you will need to apply for one:
