ITeC Academy proudly hosted our first Situational Leadership® (SLII®) workshop, welcoming 14 enthusiastic participants. Guided by our exceptional facilitators, Hayley and Leigh, the SLII® session provided powerful, practical tools to help leaders adapt their style to meet the needs of their team members in real time.
The energy in the room was inspiring, with participants gaining insights that will help them lead with confidence, improve communication, and drive results. We’re excited to see the impact this training will have across workplaces and can’t wait to deliver the next session soon!
